Ingredients: White unbleached plain flour, Spelt flour, Coarse bran, Gluten, Sunflower oil, Sugar, Salt, Soya Flour, Lecithin powder, Malt flour, Coated Ascorbic Acid, Non Coated Ascorbic Acid.  Makes a dark brown, medium weight loaf. The basic recipe can be varied with the addition of fresh herbs or a combination of seeds (e.g. Sunflower kernels, Linseed or Hulled millet) to the bread mix.
